Includes four modules with four lessons in each module. Learning the content takes place through audio meditations, videos, information and .pdf worksheets to provide you with highly beneficial strategies for your healing journey, whether you are just starting out or want additional methods. The course will provide you a multitude of strategies to get you "unstuck" and move you out of fear, stress and worry, which may be weighing heavy on you.
The course is self-directed as you move through the modules and lessons at your own pace, and in the comfort of your own home.
Additional support is provided in the Facebook group called "Calm is What you Crave". Here I will offering weekly live sessions (or as needed) and encourage group discussion for support and community!
